Meet Moira! Moira is estimated around 3-years-old and was found by our volunteers on the streets of Baltimore days away from giving birth. Luckily, they were able to pick her right up and get her to a safe foster home where she gave birth to six little kittens. Moira has been a wonderful mama to the kittens since day one, but now that they are all available for adoption, it is time for Moira to find a family of her own.

Moira is incredibly calm and affectionate. She loves rubbing up against you and getting pet behind the ears and on her neck. She is still learning to cuddle, but enjoys sitting right next to you. Because Moira was not always treated well by the people in the area she came from, she can be a little nervous and shy at times. Because of this, we think Moira would do best with an experienced cat owner who will take the time to build up her trust and make her feel safe. She’d love nothing more than a quiet home with comfy cat beds and plenty of windows to look out of. If you think Moira sounds like the companion for you, please fill out an application!
