Hi, my name is Charlie and I’m the sweetest boy you’ll ever meet. Life hasn’t always been kind to me, but I never lost my sweet & snuggly disposition. Before joining FRA, I was living in a collapsing rowhome on a vacant block in Baltimore city. When my rescuers found me curled up on a stoop, I was a sad, skinny boy who could barely walk because of a wound on my foot. I’ve been in foster for a few weeks now, and am looking & feeling like a million bucks!

My interests include people, mealtimes, and playing with toys.  I’m fine with other cats, but I’m definitely more of a people-kitty. Looking for a laidback lapcat? I’m your guy. I love hanging with my humans! My foster mom says that I’m also a litter box champ.

I’m so happy to be safe in a foster home, but what I really want more than anything is a loving forever family of my own. Would you be my family?
