The Feline Rescue Association

About Us

The Feline Rescue Association is a 501(c)(3) rescue organization operating out of foster homes in the Baltimore area. We work with stray, abandoned and feral cats through rescue, adoption, and spay/neuter. (Follow our new Vintage Cat Program on Facebook!)

Founded June 2007, the Feline Rescue Association works with street cats in some of the worst neighborhoods in Baltimore. We also pull cats who are facing euthanasia as space allows. The majority of our cats are kept in private foster homes.

Donate if you can! It takes a good bit of money feeding the feral and abandoned cats in Park Heights as well as keeping up with our numerous vet bills, vetting these poor cats so they can get into their forever homes. When our pantry is low and money is tight a great many of our amazing volunteers pay out of pocket monthly to feed and vet some of these cats along the Park Heights route, that cost can be $400 + per month just for one volunteer and there are many.
