The Feline Rescue Association (FRA) is a network of dedicated volunteers committed to rescuing, caring for, and finding loving homes for cats and kittens throughout Baltimore and the surrounding communities.

Every cat deserves a chance. Through rescue, foster care, medical treatment, adoption, and community cat programs, we work every day to give vulnerable cats of Baltimore the healthy, happy lives they deserve.

ADOPT

Looking for a new family member? Our cats & kittens are waiting to meet you!  Check out our gallery, or go directly to our adoption list page to find a perfect match for you.

FOSTER

Why should you foster? Because shelters are over capacity and our army of foster homes has been overwhelmed. We will help you. FRA has a great volunteer support system to support your success. Yes, it's hard to say goodbye, but it's the most rewarding thing you will ever do.

DONATE

We have many easy, convenient ways for you to make a contribution to saving these wonderful cats and helping us continue to do more!
